Printer diagnostic

Print one page and compare the result

Safe first checks
  1. Check the ink or toner level in the printer’s own menu.
  2. Run one manufacturer-provided nozzle or printhead cleaning cycle.
  3. Confirm the paper type selected on the device matches the paper loaded.
  4. If fading remains, stop repeated cleaning cycles and check the manufacturer’s guidance.

In the print window choose A4, portrait and 100% or actual size. Turn off headers and footers if your browser offers that option.
